The Last Beba Update
My mother died today.
She went to sleep last night as usual and when they brought in her Cuban coffee this morning, she was gone.
I'm OK, but not really ready to write about her yet.
I am happy however, that she'll be spending Valentine's Day with my Dad.

Oh Hilda. I'm so, so sorry. I know the years away from your father were difficult for her and I hope her passing was peaceful.

Hilda if I may call you that, you have my profound sympathy at the passing of your mother. I know how truly difficult that is having lost my Mom last May. May you get through the next few days with the help of loved ones...ciao and hugs

You deserve a few me-days to take stock, now, I think.
CMG ( now you know I'm a YAYA) I am so sorry about your mother. My own mother died December 28th so I can empathize with you chere'. I miss her every day..but I know she's in Heaven with my husband ; he's been waiting for her. At times, well most of the time truth be told, I think she loved him more than me. ;-)
Know she is with your father and they are happy to be together again.
There is a country song by Brad Paisley that has the line...."~~~when I get where I'm goin I will find some comfort there.."
I believe this to be true and when the days are too dark please know all of our loved ones have found that comfort.
